Meet the best friend of Ryoku Dragontalen, the stalwart soldier of Syaoto – Will Ramun!
Will is a spirit who appears in Bytold along with the members of his Syaoto squad: Lancet Cooper, Oliver Rouge, Leif Cartos, and Alex Retton, amid others. After saving Ryoku in an unjust bar fight, Will offers to help him start out on his quest by getting him through the Old Forest.
Will’s disposition is fairly calm and he acts as an early mentor to Ryoku. The two get along well even as each is equally curious of the other. Though a fairly serious character with intense devotion to his friends and allies, Will is humorous and easy to get along with.
Will is experienced with the outdoors in application to any world, including foraging and finding shelter. His mastery of the spear and gladius is virtually unmatched, even proving to be on par with his field commander, Lancet Cooper.
In terms of his home, Will is a median-rank soldier in the Syaoto army. His father is Jason of the Argonauts, and he is on close terms with King Lionel Pendragon and Lord Commander Brom Gerenadh. It is also believed Will may be affiliated with the King’s Own.
