Hey all! It’s been some time since I’ve posted any real updates about my books – mostly because I’ve been enrolled into college this year! Getting an education has left precious little time for my writing. It hasn’t been entirely fruitless in that field, though. Progress for Sovereign Soul Book 2: The Serpentine Empire is just about at the halfway point! As well, there may be another possible outlet of Akin Minds coming – but that’s just a whisper from the woods at this point.
But that’s not what I’m updating about today. I’ve been seeking to do some side promotions for Book One: Akin Minds, which has been out on the market now for just over two years. That’s what led me to produce this: an author reading of Act One: Scene One of Akin Minds!
Now beware – it’s my voice, I’m terrible at public speaking, and I even tried my hand at doing some accents for Caryl and Will, among some thugs. I’m not so good at doing voices, and I may have butchered some of the accents, but it exists now and it’s out there. So, for those who haven’t been able to read the first book, or just want to hear me try and read it aloud for the first time, here it is:
